justgiving.com
This is a really simple site making it easy for people to donate to good causes, collectively raising money for charities. Just handing over money is pretty easy and not really very engaging. Still this little site is certainly doing it's bit. A seven-year-old boy hoping to raise £500 for the Haiti aid relief by doing a sponsored bicycle ride around his local park ended up raising £200,000.

Photochains
Canon EOS has created a site where people can participate and upload their own photos to a photochain
A photochain is a growing chain of photos taken by different people, where each shot inspires the next. It’s about a community of photographers working together and contributing their shots to keep the chains alive and growing.a unique space where photographers can create their own exhibitions to share with the world.
Over the last week the Photo 5 gallery at Carriage Works Bay 19 has seen an average of over 400 people a day walk through the doors, taking in the amazing display for over an hour on average.

Red Cross Raises $5,000,000+ for Haiti
The Red Cross have raised more than 5,000,000 for Haiti through their $10 text message donation initiative (text “Haiti” to 90999)
The Red Cross’s involvement in the relief effort has been commended. Not only did it immediately set up the simplest donation method possible, but its social media presence and outreach, when combined with the US State Department’s involvement, has turned this into a viral funding initiative, topping Twitter trends and inspiring action.

The 1 Second Film
The 1 Second Film is a non-profit experiment in global collaboration. Nirvan Mullick is attempting to bring as many people as he can together to make the World's Biggest Shortest Film.
Here's How it Works:
The 1 Second Film will be the World's Biggest Shortest Film. The film will consist of one-second of animation (made of 12 giant paintings), followed by one-hour of credits, listing everyone who participates. Participants range from well-known filmmakers like Kevin Bacon, Stephen Colbert, and Spike Jonze, to folks who've never made a movie before. During the credits, a feature-length making of documentary will play, detailing how so many people around the world joined together for one moment.

The Point - Make something happen
http://www.thepoint.com/
A CSR social network website in the USA which is helping people to notify and gather support for their own personal campaigns. Whether they want Starbucks to use recyclable cups or their favourite band to visit their local, town each person can post their campaigns on the site. The Point gives each campaigns great exposure and makes it easy for supporters to join in and either donate time or money. Until enough support and the "Tipping Point"* is reached no action is taken.
*Coined from Malcolm Gladwell's novel "The Tipping Point" is "the level at which the momentum for change becomes unstoppable".
